Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Kairotope: the website, the API, and the connectors that let AI assistants use it. By using Kairotope you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Kairotope does
Kairotope suggests plans: the order of your stops, when to leave, and how your commitments fit together. It uses map, traffic, opening-hours and weather data from third parties. That data can be incomplete or out of date, and conditions change.
Plans are suggestions
- Check before you rely on a plan. Opening hours, traffic and weather can differ from what we show. Confirm anything that matters, especially pickups involving children and time-critical appointments.
- Drive safely and follow the law. Never use Kairotope in a way that distracts you while driving. Drive times are estimates, not targets.
- Not for emergencies. Don't use Kairotope for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure, and treat connector tokens like passwords: anyone with a token can plan and read saved places for your account. You can revoke tokens at any time on Connect. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You own the information you give us. You let us use it to provide and improve Kairotope, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only give us information about other people, such as family members, when you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Kairotope. That means: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping or bulk automated use outside the documented API, and no reselling access without our permission. We may limit or suspend accounts that do these things.
Third-party services
If you use Kairotope through another service, such as Meta's Muse, that service's own terms also apply. Map and place information is provided by HERE Technologies and other providers and is subject to their terms.
Early access
Kairotope is new and still changing. Features may change or stop, and there may be interruptions. Kairotope is currently free. If that changes, we'll tell you before you're charged anything.
Disclaimers
Kairotope is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that plans will be accurate, on time, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kairotope isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as a missed appointment or a late arrival, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using Kairotope and delete your account at any time on Your data. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we shut the service down, and we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date above. For significant changes we'll email you first. Continuing to use Kairotope after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
