Questions
What counts as a plan?
Each time Kairotope plans a day for you, or changes a plan, counts as one. Asking the same thing again within a few minutes returns the same plan and doesn't count.
What's the difference between live and typical traffic?
With live traffic, Kairotope checks each drive for the exact time you'll leave, so a 5 PM plan accounts for 5 PM traffic and rain slows the drive estimates. Typical traffic uses usual drive times for the area. It's close most of the day, but it can miss rush hour.
Will Kairotope tell me if traffic changes on the day?
Yes, on the trial and Plus. From an hour before each drive in the day's plan, Kairotope checks it against live traffic. If that changes what you should do, it emails you: leave by an earlier time, expect to run a few minutes behind, or a commitment is at risk, with the errand you could skip to make it. It only emails when the advice matters, not every time it checks, and each email has a one-tap link to stop them.
What happens when my trial ends?
You move to Free automatically. Nothing is charged, and your saved places and preferences stay. The trial ends after 30 days or once you've used its 20 plans, whichever comes first.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The trial and Free don't ask for payment details. You only enter a card if you choose Plus, at checkout with Polar, our merchant of record. Sales tax may apply.
How do I cancel Plus?
In your account, under Billing, choose Manage billing, then Cancel. Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to Free. Your saved places and preferences stay.
What does "fair use" mean?
Plus is for your own planning: up to 10 plans in a day and 60 plans a month, more than most people use. If you need more, tell us.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Kairotope makes money from subscriptions, never from ads or selling data. See our Privacy Policy.
